Mar Legón - Oasis africano - XL

African Oasis - XL 100 × 70 cm Acrylic on canvas · 2026 ARTISTIC STATEMENT Mar Legón develops a pictorial practice focused on reinterpretation of landscapes, interiors, architectures and everyday scenes through color, light and formal synthesis. Starting from recognizable spaces, she simplifies forms and reorganizes perspectives to construct scenes where reality, memory and imagination overlap. Shadows, reflections and large chromatic planes structure her compositions and contribute a personal visual identity, establishing a dialogue between figurative painting and a contemporary sensibility. Each work is made entirely by hand and constitutes an original and unique piece. PACKAGING AND AUTHENTICITY The work is offered directly by Mar Legón and includes an authenticity certificate signed and minted by the artist. The painting is shipped without a frame. To ensure its proper conservation during transport, the canvas is carefully rolled and protected with packing paper and bubble wrap before being placed inside a professional rigid cardboard tube. After payment confirmation, a maximum of three working days are required to carefully prepare the work before shipping.
