Shelf clock with striking, late 19th century, with gilded metal case, metal panels, glass door protecting the dial with Roman numerals, movement with pendulum. The movement bears the mark “HP & Co” inside a rhombus. Estimated dating: late 19th century, approximately 1880–1900. It has two winding keys for winding and striking on a gong. The case shows signs of age and wear. Included are the pendulum, an appropriate key, and the three loose decorative pieces that appear in the photographs. The clock is in apparently good internal and external condition, though it needs servicing. Its movement and striking are not guaranteed. The photographs form part of the description and show the condition and the included items. It is shipped carefully packed and with a tracking number.
