Malachite Obelisk - Height: 16 cm - Width: 5.4 cm- 540 g - (1)

A distinctive and decorative object, entirely rendered in the characteristic deep green tones of malachite. This elegant obelisk rests on a richly built, architectural pedestal and is composed of carefully polished malachite pieces. The combination of the slender obelisk shape, the stepped base and the decorative elements around the pedestal give the object a classical and monumental appearance. The malachite displays a very attractive natural pattern with flowing bands, concentric patterns and various shades of emerald green to dark green. Because of the different stone patterns, the object looks different from every angle. The polished surfaces let the color and structure of the malachite come out particularly well. The base also features beautifully drawn elements with a more organic and fine-mesh pattern, adding a lot of detail to the piece. The piece originates from Idar-Oberstein, Germany, internationally known for its long tradition in gemstones, minerals and stone cutting, and was sourced from a specialized gemstone wholesale dealer. A beautiful collectible for lovers of malachite, minerals, natural stone, curios and exclusive interior decoration. Thanks to its compact size, it is easy to display in a display case, on a desk, console, sideboard or among a mineral collection.
