Stunning thematic set "Mineral Green" composed of two highly decorative living-room pieces from the modernist period (1960-1970) 1) A large Brutalist-style ashtray with rough outer edges, designed by Italian sculptor Romano Bianchi (Volterra). Made from solid emerald-green-tinted alabaster, perfectly mimicking the swirls of malachite. It bears its original golden label intact: "RB - Genuine Alabaster - Hand Carved - Made in Italy". The underside and the upper sides have been left in their raw, rugged sedimentary state, providing a striking contrast. Width: approx. 13 cm. Weight: 907 g. •Total weight of the lot: 2017 grams (see photos on the scale). •Condition: Excellent vintage condition, with no major chips or cracks affecting the structure.
