Luis Enrique González - Luz de Avellano.

Luis Enrique González Hazel Light, 2026 Oil on canvas, 41 × 40.5 cm (stretched) Signed Includes certificate of authenticity Entirely handmade piece Portrait of a European goldfinch perched on a hazelnut branch, with the catkins hanging on both sides of the frame. The warm, enveloping ochre-gold background concentrates all the light on the bird’s plumage — red mask, white and black bib, brown back, yellow wing stripe — with the same precision as the artist’s other goldfinch series. The diagonal branch and the catkins on both sides provide a framing variation within that series. The work is shipped unstretched, rolled and protected in a transport tube. Framed images are only for reference; the frame is not included in the sale.
