Extraordinary oil painting on panel signed by master Luigi Brunone — a renowned artist born in Vibo Valentia in 1944 and adopted Neapolitan — which captures an iconic and evocative view of the famous Church of S. Maria del Faro in Marechiaro, Naples. The work, created in 2010, embodies all the painting mastery developed over his artistic path: the brushwork is rich, tactile, and vibrant, able to capture the Mediterranean light and infuse life into the urban scene. The warm, golden architecture of the church harmoniously contrasts with the blue, cloudy sky and with the tones of the street. The composition is animated by small figures and everyday details — passersby, cars and glimpses of life lived — which return to the observer the authentic, poetic, and timeless atmosphere of one of the most fascinating places in the Gulf of Naples. On the back, the piece bears the authentic title and the artist’s signature. The painting is enhanced and valorizated by a magnificent art frame of significant depth (5.5 cm), for overall dimensions of 40 x 50 cm. It is a finely worked frame, characterized by a refined lattice-like ornament and gilded details at the corners, creating a perfect chromatic dialogue with the warm tones of the painting. The substantial and deep molding gives the work an additional level of prestige, making it a true collectible and valuable item. An unmissable opportunity for collectors and investors seeking an atmospheric work signed by an excellent interpreter of contemporary landscape painting.
