ARTWORK DESCRIPTION Splendid and poetic original painting by the Italian painter Luciano Martone (born 1933), refined composition officially titled "Le mie bottiglie" and dated 1990. The work openly declares a deep and erudite homage to Giorgio Morandi's metaphysical painting: everyday objects (carafes, bottles and bowls) lose their practical use to become pure geometric volumes, immersed in a silent, rarefied and timeless atmosphere. The painting technique is characterized by chalk pastel tones, extraordinarily elegant in a decorative and furnishing sense. Artist: Luciano Martone (Italy, born 1933) Title of the work: Le mie bottiglie Year: 1990 (dated on the front next to the signature) Technique and support: Oil on canvas DIMENSIONS Canvas only / internal work: 50 x 60 cm (medium-large format) Total with frame: 76 x 85 cm DETAILS, PRESENTATION AND DOCUMENTATION (TOP LOT) Certificate of Guarantee and Authenticity: The work is exceptionally accompanied by its official paper Certificate of Guarantee and Authenticity, which certifies the title ("Le mie bottiglie"), the trusted provenance and absolute originality, constituting the true documentary strength of the lot. Signature and Date: Signed and dated "Luciano Morterra 90" clearly in the lower right, on the front of the work. Edition: Unique work (original piece, not a print or a multiple). Frame and presentation: The painting is embellished by a substantial contemporaneous classical frame with gold finish and refined leaf-like relief decorations at the corners, completed by a generous white window mat with a golden inner profile. The presentation, of excellent artisanal craftsmanship, enhances the painting’s chromatic delicacy and doubles its on-screen presence. Equipped with protective glass. Provenance: Italian private collection. CONDITIONS AND SHIPPING Shipping: In-person pickup preferred, where possible. Shipping: The artwork will be shipped complete with its valuable frame and protected by glass. The packaging will be carried out in a professional and custom-made manner, using specific protective materials (bubble wrap, expanded polystyrene and sturdy high-thickness cardboard or wood) to ensure the complete integrity of the painting during transport. Fully tracked and insured shipping.
