This acrylic-on-canvas work adheres to a pop figurative style with an oriental aesthetic and contemporary illustration, characterized by the use of flat, saturated colors and clean outlines that emphasize two-dimensionality. The frontal, balanced composition portrays a young person with a placid expression embracing a cat in a gesture of endearing affection, while holding a lotus flower that acts as a diagonal axis. The background, composed of lush water lily leaves, blooms in fuchsia tones, and a vibrant pink and blue back plane, conveys an atmosphere of serene visual poetry and contemplative harmony.
