Splendid and impressive vintage Louis Vuitton travel suitcase, model "Stratos 80", dating roughly to the late 1970s or early 1980s. It is the largest and most capacious size produced for this famous line of soft luggage from the Maison. Lot features: * Model: Stratos 80 (Jumbo size) * Material: Iconic Monogram LV coated canvas, finishes and details in natural vachetta leather, interior lined in fabric with garment straps. * Closure: Smooth perimeter double zipper. * Dimensions: Approximately 80 x 52 x 26 cm. Condition of the item: The suitcase presents overall good structural condition. The Monogram canvas shows a repair. The vachetta leather has developed a distinctive and intensely amber patina with undeniable vintage charm, with natural signs of use, historic water stains and slight abrasions from travel use. Interior clean and structurally solid. An exceptional collectible piece, perfect for traveling in old-timey style or to be used as a prestigious home design/display element for luxury environments. The suitcase has been fully refurbished and shows vintage conditions.
