New York, um 1920 – 1924. Höhe: ca. 35 – 40 cm. Favrile-Glas, opaleszierend und seidenmatt mattiert, mit rosé- und goldfarbenen Blütendetails; vergoldeter Bronze- beziehungsweise Messingfuß mit farbig emailliertem Dekor. Am Standboden gestempelt LOUIS C. TIFFANY FURNACES INC., Firmenmonogramm „LCT“ im Kreis sowie Modellsignatur/Nummer 1520. Schlanker, sich nach oben kelchförmig erweiternder Glaskorpus in Form einer stilisierte Lilienblüte (Jack-in-the-Pulpit / Florales Motiv). Das Glas besticht durch zartrosa und irisierende Goldtöne auf opaleszierendem Fond. Der runde, leicht gewölbte Metallfuß zeigt die für Tiffany Furnaces charakteristische champlevé-artige Emaillierung in leuchtendem Grün-Gelb. Favrile glass, opalescent and satin-matt finished, with rose-colored and gold-colored floral details; gilded bronze or brass base with colored enamel decoration. Stamped on the base: LOUIS C. TIFFANY FURNACES INC., the company monogram “LCT” within a circle, and model signature/number 1520. Slender glass body that widens upward in a chalice shape, in the form of a stylized lily blossom (Jack-in-the-Pulpit / floral motif). The glass captivates with its delicate pink and iridescent gold tones against an opalescent background. The round, slightly domed metal base features the champlevé-style enameling characteristic of Tiffany Furnaces in a vibrant green-yellow hue.
