All original condition, with nicks and scratches. Wheels on the locomotive turn freely. Set is in overall good condition. (B) Set consists of chrome and red No. 1700E Electric Locomotive with No. 1702 Observation Car. Locomotive and Observation Car have some nicks and scratches. Set is in good to very good condition.
