LORIN - Second skin

Original painting by LORIN, part of ongoing research on the human figure emerging from tactile surfaces and color. Lorin's research focuses on the female figure as an emotional and symbolic space, where presence, identity and perception meet. Second Skin is Lorin's series dedicated to the relationship between the body, identity and what we choose to show to others. The expression is often used in fashion to describe a fabric that clings to the body until it becomes almost an extension. But the concept can take on a deeper meaning: a second skin can also be what we build around us to protect us, define ourselves or present to the world. In this painting the female figure becomes an expression of this ongoing relationship between what we are and what we show. The body, postures, gazes and the elements that accompany the figures suggest different ways of living one's identity. - Originality: Each work is an original piece, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. - Condition: The work is professionally mounted on a wooden frame and is ready to hang, without need for further interventions or processing. - Protection: Careful packaging with professional materials to ensure maximum protection during transport. - Shipping: Fast shipping.
