State die at left oriented vertically with identical counters emblazoned "2" seen above and below in the margins. Ovoid counter emblazoned "TWO" at right between identical counters emblazoned "2" seen above and below in the margins. A total of (4) rounded POCs may be seen above the signature panels and the manufacturer's imprint seen at left.
