Livingston, New Jersey. $5 1929 Ty. 2. Fr. 1800-2. Livingston NB. Charter #13129. PMG Choice About Uncirculated 58 EPQ. Bank Cashier and President Courtesy Autographs. Bestowed a numerical grade of "58" by the likes of PMG, this T2 $5 issued by the Livingston National Bank (Charter# 13129) during the 1930s is essentially a technical paragon among the 15 survivors recorded here by the National Bank Note Census. Yet something else may also be noticed. Looking to the right of Lincoln's portrait one may observe a pair of penned signatures. Now these signatures do well to betray this item as a souvenir as they're attributable to the bank's Cashier and President. The topmost signature is that of President Robert Winthrop Kean while the second is that of Cashier William Henry Conover who collectively served in their respective positions here from 1928 to 1933. Estimate: $1,000 - $1,500. Click here for certification details from PMG.
