Laudy, Jacques - 1 Original colour page - David Balfour - p.9 - 1952

Rare original board no. 9 from the David Balfour story, in watercolor. Jacques Laudy was drawing the David Balfour story for Tintin magazine in 1952 (story by Yves Duval). The board is in very good condition, In 1980, Laudy revised the original boards by correcting certain details for publication in album format at Distri BD. Some corrections with white paint are visible. In the empty panels you can glimpse traces of Laudy's pencil writing. At the top of the page and on the back, Laudy added a few handwritten notes such as "Balfour board 9 - T 32" (=Tintin 32 1952). The shipment is sent by Bpost with tracking and insurance. #specialcollectionservice
