Larkin (Philip) The Whitsun Weddings, second impression, signed by

Larkin (Philip) The Whitsun Weddings, first edition, second impression, signed by the author on title, slight toning strip to final endpaper, original boards, spine heads lightly rubbed, light dust-soiling to top edge, original dust-jacket, toned, spine head rubbed, contemporary newspaper tipped-in at front flap with Larkin's comical notes on upper panel, toned, 8vo, 1964. *** A delightful copy of Larkin’s celebrated poetry collection, with a contemporary newspaper fashioned into a dust-jacket (likely by Larkin himself), who has added an inscription in his typically deadpan style: “[...] In loo of the real thing (to be used in loos). First class.”
