This glamorous ring from the 1950s features a light blue aquamarine in a wide, stepped yellow gold setting. The gemstone is hand-faceted with a large table that allows the eye to dive deep into the stone's play of light. The wide frame with openwork underlayment showcases the stone as a special treasure. The ring is a typical mid-century cocktail ring: large pieces that attracted attention were particularly popular in the post-war period. Aquamarines in yellow gold were a particularly beloved combination. The ring is in very good condition. We discovered it here in Berlin.
