A superb, highly collectible single-vineyard (lieu-dit) Extra-Brut Champagne from renowned grower-producer Laherte Frères in Chavot. Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir vines planted in 1983, the "Les Rouges Maisons" parcel features unique clay and flint soils over hard limestone. This micro-cuvée comes from an extremely limited production run of just 1,615 bottles. * Vinification: Spontaneous natural fermentation in oak barrels followed by 18 months of aging on fine lees without racking or filtration. * Disgorgement: Disgorged in December 2024 with a precise Extra-Brut dosage of 2 g/L. * Tasting Profile: Deep structure, chalky minerality, crisp red berry fruits, and complex toasted hazelnut and spice notes from barrel aging. * Condition & Storage: Perfect condition with immaculate front/back labels, intact foil, and pristine fill level.
