KRAM2 (1981) - LOVE YOURSELF

Encouraging us to “be someone who loves themselves,” KRAM2 pushes us to take charge of our own emotional well-being. This proactive approach to self-love is a form of emotional autonomy that refuses to depend on others for love or validation.
