Painting in acrylic on canvas by Kiru, a Spanish artist trained in Art by the Open University of Catalonia and holding a Master in Art from the University of Seville. THE ARTIST Kiru is a Spanish artist who presents an intuitive and accessible palette, holding a Degree in Art and a Master in Art from the University of Seville. For Kiru, matter, stroke, and color are not only key elements in the creative process but also what transform each piece into a stimulating and positive visual experience. Kiru comes from the Sanskrit root kṛ, which means to create, do, trace, and is at the origin of terms such as kṛti (work) or karma (action). It is a historic and well-documented root, directly linked to the creative act understood as gesture, process, and transformation. Represented internationally by ArtBelina, StudioToGallery, and UGallery. THE SERIES ANOTHER LANDSCAPE reimagines the tradition of landscape painting with a contemporary sensibility inspired by the Impressionist legacy. Through luminous compositions, enveloping colors, and quick, expressive brushwork, Kiru transforms natural scenes into visual experiences full of energy and emotion. The series celebrates the landscape’s ability to evoke memories, awaken sensations, and create spaces for contemplation. Each work combines the force of gestural painting with a warm and timeless atmosphere, offering pieces with personality, presence, and an immediate connection with the viewer.
