Acrylic painting on canvas by Kiru, Spanish artist, graduated in Art from the Open University of Catalonia and Master in Art from the University of Seville. THE AUTHOR Kiru is a Spanish artist who presents an intuitive and accessible palette, and who holds a BA in Art and an MA in Art from the University of Seville. For Kiru, matter, stroke, and color are not only key elements in the creative process but also the ones that transform each piece into a stimulating and positive visual experience. Kiru derives from the Sanskrit root kṛ, which means to create, make, or trace, and is at the origin of terms such as kṛti (work) or karma (action). It is a historical and well-documented root directly linked to the creative act understood as gesture, process, and transformation. Represented internationally by ArtBelina, StudioToGallery, and UGallery. THE SERIES ANOTHER LANDSCAPE reimagines the tradition of landscape painting from a contemporary sensibility inspired by the Impressionist legacy. Through luminous compositions, enveloping colors, and a quick and expressive brushstroke, Kiru transforms natural scenes into visual experiences full of energy and emotion. The series celebrates the landscape's ability to evoke memories, awaken sensations, and create spaces for contemplation. Each work combines the strength of gestural painting with a warm and timeless atmosphere, offering pieces with personality, presence, and an immediate connection with the viewer.
