Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still & Double Distillery - 700ml - 2 bottles

Exclusive Auction: Premium Japanese Whisky Lot – 1 Bottle of Kanosuke Pot Still + 1 Bottle of Kanosuke Double Distillery! Select lot consisting of 1 bottle of Kanosuke Pot Still and 1 bottle of Kanosuke Double Distillery. Both expressions come from Kanosuke Distillery (Kagoshima, Japan), a modern coastal distillery known for its elegant style, maritime influence and use of pot stills. Bottles in standard 70 cl format, original labels intact, excellent fill level and pristine condition – ideal for Japanese whisky collectors, comparative tastings or building a premium inventory. Star Lot 1: Kanosuke Pot Still Expression distilled exclusively in pot stills, highlighting the pure and traditional character of the distillery. • Profile: Fresh and elegant nose with citrus, white fruit, vanilla, mineral notes and a subtle coastal character; on the palate balanced and silky with ripe fruit, soft spices, fine oak and a clean, fresh, persistent finish. • Style: Pure, clean and refined – ideal for neat sipping or with a drop of water. Star Lot 2: Kanosuke Double Distillery Expression that combines spirit from different stills or distillation styles at Kanosuke, offering greater complexity and depth. • Profile: Aromatic and more complex nose with tropical fruit, vanilla, honey, oak notes, spices and a mineral-coastal background; on the palate rounded and structured with caramel, ripe fruit, soft spices and a long, elegant, balanced finish. • Style: Complex, balanced and contemplative – perfect for serious sipping or as a high-end whisky. This duo offers an excellent view of the Kanosuke style: the Pot Still more pure and direct versus the Double Distillery more complex and deeper. It represents the quality and coastal character of one of Japan’s most interesting modern distilleries. Bid on this legendary lot – two pure liquid treasures from Kagoshima! :
