Iconic art print after Joan Miró – “The Shine of the Sun (wounds the Morning Star)” For sale is a high-quality art print after a characteristic work by Joan Miró. Joan Miró is one of the most important artists of classical modernism and a central figure of Surrealism as well as lyrical abstraction. His works are worldwide established and are characterized by their poetic imagery, intense colorfulness, and an exceptionally high recognizability. The motif “The Shine of the Sun (wounds the Morning Star)” exemplifies Miró’s unmistakable visual world. Organic shapes, free lines, and luminous color fields come together to form a playful, almost cosmic composition that resembles stars, celestial bodies, and imaginary figures — a central theme in his oeuvre. It is precisely such compositions that count among Miró’s sought-after motifs, as they clearly reveal his unique combination of abstraction, symbolism, and spontaneous image creation, while delivering a strong emotional impact. The art print in a size of about 63 x 46 cm impresses with its intense color effect and its dynamic, yet balanced composition. The landscape format gives the work an elegant presence and makes it an ideal focal point — both for collectors of modern art and for design-oriented interiors. An iconic motif by one of the most important artists of the modern era with high radiance.
