Italian school (XVII) - Annunciazione

Zinc painting depicting the Annunciation, attributed to an artist of the Italian school from the late 17th century. The typical subject of the Annunciation portrays the Archangel Gabriel (on the left with a lily in hand and his finger raised upward) with the Virgin Mary (on the right, kneeling in prayer) and the dove of the Holy Spirit and rays of light from above. It is an oil painting on a zinc support (approximately 21 x 17 cm) sold with an ornate gilded frame measuring about 32 x 27 cm. The condition is fair/good, with some losses in the painting due to age, as can be seen in the photos. The frame also shows some damaged details. Shipping will be via a trackable courier service.
