The artist IPR Graph lives and works in the city of Alicante, Spain, where he develops his artistic practice in his own studio and gallery. He began his career in the field of modern art, sculpture and figurative painting, disciplines in which he acquired solid technical and conceptual training. However, it was the fascination with pop art and the dynamism of urban art that led him to find a freer contemporary language, free from traditional plastic shackles, allowing him to express himself with total creative independence. His production sits at the convergence of neo-expressionism, street art and contemporary pop culture, establishing a personal style characterized by visual impact, chromatic energy and iconic power. In his works, IPR Graph reinterprets universal figures from cinema, music, sports, manga, Japanese anime and video games, building an imaginary world where cultural icons are transformed into symbols of collective memory. Each piece is an exercise in emotional and psychological reinterpretation, where vibrant colors, urban grafismos, typographic collages and intense painterly gestures form portraits and scenes with great impact. These characters are not only recognizable by their image but also by the expressive and symbolic charge they convey, generating a dialogue between the viewer and contemporary visual culture. Inspired by street art, collage and modern expressionism, IPR Graph turns his canvases into an experimental field of great aesthetic freedom. Gesture, iconicity and popular culture mingle there, producing works that are at once provocative and refined, with a strong contemporary imprint. The works presented in this auction are high-quality giclée reproductions on professional, durable canvas. Each belongs to a limited edition of only 10 copies worldwide, making them collectible and exclusive, intended for an audience that values both aesthetic power and singularity in contemporary art. This portrait of David Bowie captures the “Chameleon of Rock” in one of his most enigmatic facets. With his index finger to his lips, in a gesture of silence, Bowie presents himself as a guardian of secrets, someone who observes and stays silent while communicating everything with his intense gaze. His face is overlaid with layers of paint, graffiti and newspaper collages, reminiscent of his chameleon-like ability to reinvent himself at every stage of his career. The electric tones—fuchsias, yellows and blues—evoke the energy of his multiple alter egos, from Ziggy Stardust to the White Duke. Each stroke seems like an echo of his music, a visual reflection of the experimentation that defined him. The gesture of silence does not repress; it provokes: inviting you to listen beyond words, to enter a universe where music and identity are constant mutations. This work not only pays homage to the musician, but to the cultural myth that tore down boundaries between genres, arts and generations.
