He was a Polish artist/craftsman known for creating high-quality, hand-painted icons with traditional egg tempera. Often painted on an older wooden panel with aging patina, often supplied with traditional crossbars (also called sponki) to counteract warping of the wood on a sturdy wooden panel. Many copies feature a gold-colored background or mandorla (halo) to symbolize the divine light. It will be sent by registered mail with PostNL track & trace.
