hexagram 12: release. by Jason Lincoln Jeffers Mixed Media 26.0 x 25.0 :: 2026 acrylic resin plaster fire glass gilding spray paint holographic glitter (request video) on board. Our desire for familiarity and peace can often hinder our growth. After a period of peace a situation can become stagnant. To facilitate new development we must release something. This I Ching hexagram serves as a reminder that life is constantly changing and moving towards growth. Humans cannot remain passive and are inevitably swept up in life’s cycles of change. We observe mutability everywhere yet we often resist change. It can be frustrating when our enthusiasm clashes with the seemingly predetermined course of events. Instead of feeling rushed let go of your sense of urgency and allow the outcome to unfold naturally. Stagnation can be likened to trying to propel a boat against the wind. While you may move it will be in harmony with the flow of events. This hidden influence can lead to the development of new awareness skills or ways of interacting. :: Type: Mixed Media Style: Abstract Expressionism Subject: Abstract Width: 26.0 Height: 25.0 Depth: 2 Weight: 10 lbs Framed: no :: All art on Zatista is original and signed.
