GuS Saint-AmouR (1974) - UrBaN WaVe

GuS, a French visual artist, internationally recognized, whose works have been auctioned and prize-winning in numerous competitions. His creations stand out as genuine little street-art gems to collect. His latest hand-painted canvas on 50 x 40 cm is imbued with the poetry of mural fauna. His market is robust: he forges a unique visual confrontation. He juxtaposes the obsessive hyperrealism of fauna with the expressive brutality of graffiti and the advertising Pop-Rock iconography. He is also greatly inspired by the minimalism of Asian art. An authenticity certificate hand-signed by the artist will be provided. Each canvas is an urgent mirror that asks what our place, and that of living beings, is in our urban world. His recurring themes – animal advocacy and Vanitas – testify to a powerful reflection. His secret and strength: GuS is color-blind. This peculiarity forced him to deconstruct chromatic rules to create a bold visual language that sometimes verges on abstraction. Buy GuS to acquire a worldview filtered, reinvented, and acclaimed by the market.
