Glaswerke Škrdlovice - Jaroslav Svoboda - Vase - Vase...

Reference photo with a larger vase from the series, kindly provided with permission by Czech Glass Guide. Cylindrical form. Very thick colorless glass with an interesting bubble pattern in the upper half, reminiscent of water droplets. The lower half shows a cloudy pattern in vibrant blue tones with only a few bubbles. Wonderful play of colors and interesting optical effects — especially under suitable lighting. Rare and very impressive gallery piece.
