This diptych enchants the viewer with an abstract and evocative representation that evokes the wild beauty and the strength of the natural elements. The two canvases, while distinct, are intimately connected, as if part of a single grand landscape, perhaps a glacier, a stormy sea, or a snowy horizon. Giusy Curto Pelle is a young entrepreneur. She practices her main profession in the artistic field, being a Doctor in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage, but she has always nourished a deep interest in exploring her own artistic and expressive form. She begins her training by enrolling at the Filippo Juvara Art Institute of San Cataldo, choosing the experimental path in Cataloguing and Relief of Cultural Heritage. After obtaining her diploma, she decides to continue her studies, enrolling at the University of Palermo in the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences, following the Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage course. The love for the artistic world from a creative perspective, from which she had moved away for several years, has now brought her back closer to this field. Her current artistic research aims at the right balance between tradition and innovation in search of her own artistic language. In her works one can see the presence of traditional techniques, materials and subjects elaborated in a modern key with a contemporary style and language. Her research and study of materials continuously lead her to conduct numerous experiments; we indeed see the use of flat or shaded colors that intersect with passages of tactile painting, which she creates on the canvas almost to form a new texture, in relief, often highlighted by the use of metallic leaves. The canvases will be shipped with the frame included and carefully packed for safe transport. They will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Overall dimensions: 60x80 cm each Signed on the back. If there are any color differences, they could be due to variations in the sensors of the various devices with which the image is viewed.
