French mantel clock featuring a bleu celeste porcelain body with hand-painted decoration. The central panel depicts a romantic scene of three figures in 18th-century style dress within a landscape, while the circular white porcelain dial is decorated with hand-painted floral swags, black Arabic numerals, and ornate gilt-brass pierced hands. The case is mounted with patinated bronze elements, including winged sphinx figurines on the sides, griffin chimeras on the base, and a floral urn finial. The reverse of the porcelain body bears a hand-painted inscription in gold reading Made in France. The underside of the porcelain base features an impressed mark of five small dots arranged in a circular pattern. The mechanical movement is enclosed behind a wooden panel and includes two winding arbors on the dial face and a smaller adjustment arbor above the 12 o'clock position. Not tested.
