Fr. 2202-B. 1934A $500 Federal Reserve Note. New York. PMG About Uncirculated 53. Compared to likes of Chicago, New York is somewhat of a scarce district for $500 and $1000 Federal Reserve Notes issued under the Series of 1934A. Now this particular example offers much for the consideration of bidders. Here signs of faint technical circulation can be observed under examination while a degree of eye appeal consistent with a freshly printed note may be observed. From traits such as the rich detail exemplified by McKinley's portrait and the counters seen along the margins to the bold colors emphasized by the Treasury overprint, it is clear that bidders have much to be thankful for with regards to this note long before the final bid is even placed. Estimate: $2,500 - $3,500. Click here for certification details from PMG.

Estimate:$1,500
