Fossilised animal - Shrimp Carpopenaeus Callirostris...

This slab featuring a Carpopenaeus Callirostris shrimp is of excellent quality and comes from the famous Cenomanian deposits of Hjoula, Lebanon, one of the world's most important fossil sites, dating to the Upper Cretaceous about 96 million years ago. This specimen is excellent for display, and its matrix is intact; even in the rear it contains part of a large shrimp left in its natural state. Fossil shrimps have a light pearl-gray color when uncovered; in this case we left part of the shrimp natural and highlighted its antennae for display purposes. It has undergone a conservation treatment with Paraloid B72 to protect it from pollution as used in museums. Shipping takes place on November 3 via express courier and is traceable; it is well packed.
