Florescent rare Hauynite with pyrite under UV light...

atural Fluorescent Hauynite Crystal with Pyrite – Badakhshan, Afghanistan A rare and visually striking natural Hauynite crystal from the Badakhshan mines of Afghanistan, weighing 63 grams and measuring approximately 60 × 48 × 18 mm. The crystal has an elongated, sculptural crystal form with a distinctive natural surface and is beautifully accented by numerous small metallic Pyrite crystals occurring on both the front and reverse sides. The combination of the blue-green Hauynite material with the contrasting golden Pyrite creates an exceptional mineralogical appearance. One of the most remarkable features of this specimen is its strong and unusual fluorescence under UV light, displaying three distinct fluorescent colors: yellow, green and blue. The accompanying photographs clearly demonstrate this impressive fluorescence response under UV illumination. The Hauynite is opaque and retains its natural, unpolished form, making the crystal particularly suitable for collectors interested in fluorescent minerals, unusual mineral associations and rare Afghan crystal. Specifications: Mineral: Hauynite Association: Pyrite Locality: Badakhshan, Afghanistan Weight: 63 g Dimensions: 60 × 48 × 18 mm Form: Natural crystal/specimen Transparency: Opaque Fluorescence: Yellow, green and blue under UV Treatment: Natural / untreated A distinctive collector's crystal with an exceptional three-color fluorescent response and natural Pyrite association.
