As they are so voluminous, it may save you trouble to know what was Sutherland's opinion (when he was consulted on a prior occasion, when you were not in town.) It gives the substance of the papers. "As regards the Dublin Apothecaries' Company & their disputed licence; it would ill become any government department to give them a locus standi,, with regard to their license, which they have not at present...."; it goes on to summarise the rest of Mr. Herbert's papers.
