Silver coin of 50 Pennia minted for the Grand Duchy of Finland under the sovereignty of the Russian Empire, with the heraldic-style two-headed imperial eagle and its detailed, powerful symbolic presence. The relief is well defined, especially in the wings and the central shield, preserving original luster with a light uniform silver patina. The fields show small marks characteristic of the grade, maintaining a generally fresh and attractive appearance. The reverse, with clear typography and balanced framing by laurel and oak crown, reflects the aesthetic sobriety characteristic of early-20th-century Finnish issues, in a historical context marked by tensions prior to independence in 1917.
