Ferrari Formula by Cartier – "Grid Dial" Vintage Quartz Men's Watch – ca. 1980s/1990s For sale is an authentic and rare vintage wristwatch from the "Ferrari Formula" collection, designed and produced in the 1980s and 1990s in collaboration with Cartier. This series perfectly captures the sporty elegance and racing DNA of Ferrari. Dial: Striking, dark blue/black dial in the "Grid Design" (checkered pattern) with red accents, the iconic yellow Ferrari script, and the mounted Cavallino Rampante (prancing horse) at 6 o'clock. Red and yellow hands provide optimal contrast. Case & Bezel: Black PVD-coated case with a gold-colored bezel decorated with the engraved "Ferrari" letters. Crown in the typical Cartier style at 3 o'clock. Bracelet: The original, distinctive black rubber strap with a central red racing stripe. Functions: Hours, minutes, central seconds, and a date display at 3 o'clock. At the lower edge of the dial is the quality mark "Swiss Made". Condition: The watch is in an age-appropriate, worn vintage condition with visible patina, giving it an authentic racing character.
