Exquisite Green Jasper Hues of Mint and Seafoam Green...

Elegant sculpture in jasper, a recently discovered piece in pastel tones — This unique specimen is jasper, a microcrystalline variety of chalcedony quartz, skillfully worked into a free-form polished shape. Its composition gives it notable hardness (6.5-7 on the Mohs scale) and intrinsic compactness, features that make it ideal for sculpture and polishing, highlighting its internal grain and its resilience. Its structure is typical of sedimentary or volcanic formations, where silica has settled into extremely fine aggregates, often incorporating iron oxides and hydroxides that define its coloration.
