Enami, Farsari, Suzuki, Yokohama School (XIX) - Greetings

Circa 1885/1895, 20x26 cm. "Greetings", a very beautiful portrait by one of the precursors said to belong to the Yokohama School, before Kuzakabe Kimbei, whose signature was either absent or manifested as archival numbers rather than captioned banners. A very beautiful rare period albumen print, loose and not mounted, with watercolor touch-ups, with excellent preservation of contrasts, colors and detail levels. Will be shipped with its neutral pH sleeve (ideal for a collection in good condition). A small, conservatory-style note, not to be missed.
