This harmonious lot comprises three pieces in Volvic lava stone, enameled, combining a large central plaque and two matching smaller tiles. Aesthetic and technical analysis: The decor and style: The ensemble displays a rich geometric and geocentric design inspired by ethnic-modernist and brutalist (Mid-Century) aesthetics, featuring circular medallions and stylized rosettes in sunny and contrasting tones (terracotta, brown ochre, turquoise blue and pale green) on a deep black textured background, edged with toothed friezes. The material: Made on genuine Volvic lava stone, this support stands out for its high thermal resistance and its raw volcanic structure visible on the back.
