Elegant Vintage Ring with Emeralds & Diamonds, c. 1980

At the center of this ring are three natural emeralds of an intense green. A large, oval-cut stone forms the center, flanked by a smaller emerald above and below. A curved setting unfolds around this trio, extending all the way to the ring’s shoulders. Twenty-eight diamonds adorn the frame and the shoulders of the ring. Their beautiful natural champagne color lends the piece of jewellery a subtle warmth. The diamonds are set in silver, while the rest of the ring is crafted from high-karat yellow gold. The warm luster of the gold and the cooler sheen of the silver combine with the vibrant green of the emeralds to create a captivating play of colours reminiscent of the sun, the sea, and lush vegetation. The ring was crafted around 1980. With its vibrant emeralds, warm-tinted diamonds, and dynamic shape, it is a piece of jewellery brimming with sparkling joie de vivre.
