Edwardian Ruby and Diamond Five Stone Ring, c.1910s

Sparkling rubies and white diamonds make up this five stone ring. The centre ruby weighs 0.40 carat, whilst the two on either end weigh 0.10 carat each. They are natural stones, with two old cut diamonds set in between them. The diamonds each weigh 0.20 carat and are H in colour, VS in clarity. The stones are claw set in platinum, whilst the band is made in 18 carat yellow gold. This was typical of the Edwardian era.
