Very beautiful painting with an impressionist touch and beautiful colors, in a handsome golden wooden frame Framed dimensions: 57 x 65 cm Provenance: Private collection, Corsica Édouard Auguste Marius Antoine Ducros, born in Aix-en-Provence on 28 August 1856 where he died on 27 October 1936, was a French marine painter. A student of Julien Gustave Gagliardini and Louis Gautier, he exhibited in various salons including the Paris Salon and in Lyon and earned a diploma of honor in Aix and a medal in Versailles and in Lyon. #Exclusiveartnovember2023 An Impressionist, he founded the Society of Friends of the Arts of Aix-en-Provence. His works are kept in the Museums of Aix, Montpellier, Digne and Béziers. His canvas The Grand Canal of Martigues was acquired by the city of Paris. #Exclusiveartnovember2023
