Edgar Degas (1834-1917) - after - Sculpture

Beautiful decorative sculpture inspired by the famous work “La Petite Danseuse de Quatorze Ans” by Edgar Degas. The statue shows a young ballerina in a graceful, restrained pose. The sculpture has a warm bronze appearance, a gold-colored structured bodice, and a real pink tulle skirt. It is this combination of hard sculptural forms and soft fabric that gives the piece a special and elegant look. The details are beautifully worked out: the face, the hair, the bodice with buttons, the bow at the back and the classical pose of the ballerina contribute to a refined whole. The statue stands on a sturdy plinth with a signature, making it immediately lovely to place in an interior, gallery corner, vitrine or art collection. A stylish decorative object for lovers of ballet, classical art and sculptures. Shipping: The statue is carefully packaged and shipped. Pickup is possible by arrangement. Note: This is a decorative sculpture inspired by / based on Edgar Degas, not an original work by Edgar Degas.
