Ebony ring with Wedgwood cameo and 18K gold. 20 g

Descriptio atural ebony, 18-karat gold, and marbled ceramic. Exceptional, large ring, handcrafted in thick polished ebony wood, featuring an oval, two-tone blue and white Wedgwood porcelain cameo, finely framed by a double canopy of 18-karat gold. The piece features a feminine silhouette in classical relief, likely inspired by neoclassical allegories, notable for the sculptural precision of its lines and the tonal contrast with the light blue background. The sculptural profile setting combines the austerity of the ebony with the delicacy of the ceramic cameo and the warm glow of the gold, achieving a striking visual harmony. The solid structure and carefully polished surface reinforce its uniqueness, both due to its volume and the excellence of the materials used. A signature piece with a strong symbolic and aesthetic meaning, ideal for collecting or displaying. Front measurements: 3.5 x 2.9 x 1.3 cm. Due to its age and history of use, this lot may show signs of wear and previous interventions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no specialized technical testing has been performed.
