“Pescados con limón” is a 100 × 70 cm painting by contemporary artist Ernest García. The work presents a Mediterranean-inspired still life featuring three fish arranged on a blue trough beside a large yellow lemon. The scene is completed with bread, a cup, a glass bottle, and other everyday elements spread across a bright orange round table. The composition is built from strong chromatic contrasts. The blues and turquoises of the background, the trough, and the glass dialogue with the oranges and reds of the table and the chair, while the lemon’s luminous yellow becomes one of the main visual focal points. In the background, a small opening toward the sea broadens the scene and reinforces its coastal and Mediterranean character. Visible brushstrokes, simplified shapes, and free use of saturated colors show echoes of Fauvism. The objects do not seek strictly realistic representation, but are defined by patches of color, outlines, and reflections that bring freshness and spontaneity to the painting. “Pescados con limón” recovers the traditional genre of still life from a contemporary and colorful perspective, evoking a simple meal by the sea and turning everyday foods and objects into a bright, vital, and character-filled scene. Authenticity and Shipping: The work is offered directly by E. García, guaranteeing its authenticity with a certificate signed by the artist himself. The painting will be carefully rolled and protected inside a sturdy cardboard tube for shipping. After payment is confirmed, a three-day period is required to prepare the piece and ship it. Delivery time will depend on the destination, with a maximum of up to ten business days.
