Vintage Dual HS 11 Stereo System (1967-1969) with CL 9 Speakers – Serviced Description: For sale is a beautiful and rare piece of late-1960s audio history: the Dual HS 11 all-in-one stereo system, complete with its original Dual CL 9 full-range wooden speakers. Equipped with the legendary Dual 1010 S idler-wheel chassis and an early, highly sought-after germanium transistor amplifier, this system delivers a remarkably warm, tube-like vintage sound character. Technical Specifications: • Turntable Chassis: Dual 1010 S (Idler wheel drive) • Cartridge / Stylus: Dual CDS 630 ceramic stereo cartridge • Amplifier Power: 2 x 6 Watts (Musical power) driven by vintage germanium transistors • Speeds: 16, 33, 45, and 78 RPM • Speakers: Dual CL 9 (4 Ohms, broadband wooden cabinets) Technical Condition: Cleaned, lubricated, and verified. Cosmetic Condition: The main unit is in good condition with a clean faceplate. The wooden cabinets of both the console and the speakers have been treated with wood stain. Due to its age (nearly 60 years), the speaker veneer shows patina with some chipped areas. A perfect plug-and-play addition for any mid-century modern interior or vintage audio collector. All photos are part of the description. Given the age of the product, its operation requires attention and caution in handling.
