Don Papa - Sevillana - Second Release - b. 2024 - 70cl

Aged rum – Small Batch – Double-finished in Seville orange wine casks and Oloroso Sherry casks. Crafted from the finest sugarcane grown in the rich soil of Negros Island, Don Papa Sevillana is distilled from molasses. It is initially aged in American oak ex-bourbon casks. Don Papa Sevillana then undergoes a 36-month finishing period in two types of Spanish casks: Oloroso Sherry casks and—more unusually—Andalusian Naranja wine casks, the latter having originally held orange wine, a local specialty of Seville.
