The tapered ovoid vessel features hand-painted and incised sgraffito decoration depicting polar bears against a cream ground, with a deep blue band at the rim accented with white snowflakes. Faint incised snowflakes continue across the body and onto the animal figures. The interior is finished in a plain cream glaze. The base is marked Dennis China Works, CW 2006, GLAZE TRIAL 2, and 20-4347, alongside a Sally Tuffin signature and monogram.
