Delta is an Italian brand of writing instruments which, despite the relative youth conferred by its founding in 1982, has lived through a notable number of twists that have shaped its history and made it what it is today: a brand that embodies as few others the excellence of Italian craftsmanship and design. High-quality materials, designs defined by elegance and innovative technical solutions are some of the brand’s hallmarks, and it even came to dominate the global fountain pen market with models like the legendary Dolce Vita. After production halted in 2017 due to the severe economic, commercial, and industrial crisis that hit Europe in the early years of the 21st century, it now returns with renewed vigor under one of its founding partners: Nino Marino. The year 2022, with Delta being purchased by Maiora Pen Company, a firm founded by Nino Marino after his departure from Delta, marks the starting point of that rebirth and that return to the origins that promises immense joy to fountain-pen lovers with the launch of new models that reclaim the beauty, elegance, and exclusivity of Delta products. Fountain pens, rollerballs, ballpoints, and mechanical pencils manufactured in Naples using artisanal methods handed down from generation to generation.
